Baby's First Halloween
- Now that I’m a mom it’s time to start documenting all of my daughter’s firsts; her first smile, first tooth, first steps, and all of her first holidays, including her first Halloween. Now I know that she’s way too young to go trick-or-treating (not that her Daddy won’t put her in a Halloween costume, take her around in the stroller and collect the candy for himself) but it is her first Halloween; if nothing else it’s a photo opportunity for her baby book. What kind of mom would I be if she didn’t have a picture in her baby book of her dressed up in some adorable little costume celebrating her 1st Halloween? Especially since I work for BuyCostumes.com, the internet’s largest Halloween retailer!
So now the search for the perfect first Halloween costume begins. It’s too bad Halloween is only 1 day. There are too many infant costumes to choose from... I have the costume selection narrowed down to these:
New Infant Costumes - Poodle Skirt Infant Costume
Animal Costumes - Lil Ducky Elite Collection Infant Costume
Classic Costumes - Raggedy Ann Bunting Costume
Licensed Halloween Costumes – Baby Minnie Mouse Costume
Traditional Halloween Costumes – Lil Pumpkin Pie Infant Costume
Matching Mommy Daughter Costumes – Little Bo Peep Adult Fairytale Classics Costume and Pink Lamb Infant Costume.
Family Themed Costumes – Ketchup Costume, Mustard Costume, and Hot Dog Bunting Costume.

Now all we have to do is choose from this amazing selection. Maybe I’ll see which Halloween costume Daddy and Grandma like best.

My daughter was Winnie the Pooh for her first Halloween. She hated the outfit. But now, for her third Halloween, she is already ready with her costume, Cinderella, which she loves. Over at UnSpun, where they’re asking for people to vote on top Halloween costumes for kids, a Ghost costume is currently the most popular for kids, but who knows if that will last.
